Plesk on mobile

Access Plesk from a phone or tablet

Plesk’s web interface works in a modern mobile browser. The easiest UKC route is to sign in to your Client Area and use the hosting service’s “Log in to Plesk” action.

Use your browserNo separate app is required for normal customer tasks.

Start in the Client AreaSingle sign-on selects the correct hosting service and avoids remembering a panel URL.

Work carefullyUse a trusted device and avoid complex or destructive changes on a cramped screen.

Recommended route

Open Plesk through your UKC Client Area

1

Open the UKC Client AreaUse a current version of Safari, Chrome, Firefox or Edge.

2

Sign in securelyComplete two-factor authentication when requested.

3

Open My ServicesSelect the relevant web hosting service, not the domain registration.

4

Choose Log in to PleskWait for the hand-off to complete and do not press the button repeatedly.

The Plesk layout adapts to the available width. Rotating a tablet to landscape can make file, database and DNS tables easier to read.

What works well

Use mobile access for focused actions

Mailbox managementCreate an address, reset its password or review forwarding.

File checksInspect files and make small, controlled edits.

Service overviewReview domains, resource use, backups and basic settings.

Certificate statusCheck whether HTTPS is configured for a domain.

Use a larger screen

Reserve complex work for desktop where possible

Website migrations, bulk DNS changes, database imports, large file edits and restoration work are easier to verify on a larger display. Mobile browsers can also suspend long-running tabs when the screen locks or the app moves into the background.

Do not upload secrets or paste commands you do not understand.

Zoom in and verify the selected domain before deleting files, mailboxes, databases or DNS records.

Optional Plesk Mobile app

An app is available, but most clients do not need it

Plesk documents a Plesk Mobile application for iOS and Android. It can manage multiple Plesk servers and open the Plesk interface, but features depend on account permissions and server support. UKC customers can normally complete their work through the mobile browser and Client Area sign-on.

Only install an app from the official Apple App Store or Google Play listing linked by Plesk. Do not enter credentials into an app supplied through an email attachment or unofficial download.

Troubleshooting

If Plesk does not open

  • Allow pop-ups or new tabs for billing.uk-cheapest.co.uk.
  • Wait for the first login request to complete instead of tapping repeatedly.
  • Try a private browser window and temporarily disable content blockers.
  • Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to identify a network-specific block.
  • Confirm the hosting service is active and that you selected the correct service.

Mobile security

Protect a control panel that can change your website

  • Use device screen lock and keep the operating system updated.
  • Avoid public or shared devices and untrusted Wi-Fi.
  • Do not save control-panel credentials in a shared browser profile.
  • Sign out when finished, particularly if someone else can access the device.
