Recommended route
Open Plesk from My Services
- Sign in to the UKC Client Area.
- Open Services > My Services.
- Select the active web-hosting service for the website.
- Choose Log in to Plesk.
- Wait while UKC creates the secure single-sign-on session and opens the panel.
Click the login button once
Authentication can take several seconds. Repeated clicks create overlapping login attempts and can trigger a temporary rate limit. The button locks while the request is being processed.
Direct panel access
Use the assigned server hostname when SSO is unavailable
The direct panel normally uses the assigned UKC server hostname on port 8443, for example https://ukc12.uk:8443. Use the hostname supplied for the hosting service because it matches the panel certificate.
A direct Plesk user and password can differ from the Client Area, mailbox, FTP and WordPress credentials.
First visit
Confirm the subscription before making changes
- The expected domain is shown under Websites & Domains.
- The server hostname matches the hosting service.
- The subscription is active and not suspended.
- You can see only the websites and tools that belong to this service.
Troubleshooting
If the panel does not open
- Nothing happens
- Allow pop-ups for billing.uk-cheapest.co.uk and retry once.
- Processing continues
- Wait; do not click repeatedly. Record the time if it does not complete.
- Temporary rate limit
- Stop retrying and allow the protection window to clear.
- Wrong subscription
- Return to My Services and select the hosting product attached to the intended domain.
- Certificate warning
- Use the assigned UKC hostname, not a raw IP address or customer domain.
- Login rejected
- Use Client Area SSO or reset the specific Plesk user; do not try mailbox or FTP passwords.
