Reset forgotten Plesk access

Start from the UKC Client Area because it normally signs you into the correct Plesk server without needing the separate Plesk password.

Try single sign-onOpen Plesk from the active hosting service.

Fastest route

Open Plesk from My Services

  1. Sign in to the UKC Client Area.
  2. Open Services, then My Services.
  3. Select the active hosting plan for the domain.
  4. Press Log in to Plesk once and allow several seconds for the session to open.
If Plesk opens, no reset is needed.

You can change the separate Plesk password later from your profile if required.

Direct login

Use password recovery only for the assigned server

If you sign in directly at the server’s :8443 address, choose Forgot your password? and follow the recovery email. The server hostname is shown with your hosting service and may be such as ukc10.uk through ukc13.uk.

Still locked out

Ask UKC to verify and restore access

Open a ticket from the account owner’s Client Area. Include the hosting domain, service name, server hostname and exact error. Never include an old or new password.
