To trasnfer a non-UK domain name to your account:
1) Login to your original registrar control panel and select your domain name
2) Unlock your domain name to allow transfer to another registrar
3) Ensure that your email contact details set for the domain name are accurate
4) You will receive an EPP/AUTH code by email to your domain contact email address
5) Place a transfer-in order through our website:

6) After placing a transfer-in order, you will receive a transfer approval email at the email address used to place the order, the transfer approval email will contain a link that you will need to follow to enter the EPP / Auth code.
7) Once you have approved the transfer the registry will take 1-7 days to complete your transfer.
