Tell us exactly what mail service contains

Provide mailbox addresses, approximate sizes, aliases, forwards, catch-all behaviour, autoresponders and any shared folders. Identify Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or another external provider separately.

Safe mail move

Create, copy, switch and synchronise

  1. Create matching destination mailboxes with new secure passwords.
  2. Copy accessible messages and compare folder counts.
  3. Update MX, SPF, DKIM and other required DNS records.
  4. Reconfigure devices with the assigned UKC server hostname.
  5. Run a final message sync and test inbound and outbound delivery.

What may not copy

Passwords and local-only data usually do not migrate

Mailbox passwords, desktop-only folders, signatures, contacts, calendars, filters and autocomplete history may remain on the old device/provider. Keep the old service active until users confirm their data.
