The online billing archive begins on 1 March 2013
Invoices before that date were manually generated and are not available for reissue from the current WHMCS billing system. Invoices dated on or after that date can normally be opened again.
Client Area
Download an available invoice
- Sign in and open My Invoices.
- Find the invoice by date, status or number.
- Open the invoice and select the PDF download or print action.
- Check that the billing name and address shown are suitable for your records.
An invoice records the details held when it was issued. Updating My Details later does not necessarily rewrite a historic paid invoice.

Check the right UKC account
- Confirm you signed in with the account that placed the order.
- Search old email for the invoice number or service name.
- Check whether a former employee or agency used a separate UKC account.
- Do not create a duplicate account solely to look for old records.
What Billing can check
Give us enough detail to locate the transaction
For an invoice from March 2013 onwards that is missing from the expected account, send the approximate date, amount, service or domain, payer name, old billing email and any invoice or transaction reference. Do not send full payment-card details.
For records before March 2013, explain what evidence is required. We will confirm whether any alternative account or payment record is available, but cannot promise to recreate a historic invoice that is outside the billing archive.
Send only limited payment evidence
Never attach a full card number, card security code, online-banking password or unredacted bank statement. A transaction date, amount and short reference are usually sufficient to start a search.
Need help finding an available invoice?
Include the account email, invoice number if known, approximate date, amount and related service or domain. Billing will check the current archive and account ownership.
