Save both UKC sending addresses

Add autobot@uk-cheapest.co.uk for account notifications and esupport@uk-cheapest.co.uk for Helpdesk replies. If your provider accepts an entire safe domain, add uk-cheapest.co.uk.

Move a UKC message out of Spam

  1. Open Gmail and select More, then Spam.
  2. Open the genuine UKC message and select Not spam.
  3. Add the sending address to Google Contacts.
  4. If needed, create a Gmail filter for the sender and select Never send it to Spam.

Repeat this for both UKC addresses if you receive both account and Helpdesk email.

Add UKC to Safe senders and domains

  1. Open Settings, then Mail and Junk email.
  2. Under Safe senders and domains, select Add safe sender.
  3. Add uk-cheapest.co.uk, or add the two complete UKC addresses individually.
  4. Select Save, then move any genuine UKC message from Junk back to the Inbox.

In classic Outlook, open a genuine message and choose Junk or Block, then Never Block Sender.

Mark the message as not junk

  1. Open the Junk mailbox and select the genuine UKC message.
  2. Choose Move to Inbox or Not Junk.
  3. Add the sender to Contacts and check that the address is not in Blocked Contacts.

Apple Mail learns when you correct a message, while iCloud Mail should stop treating later messages from that sender as junk.

A safe sender is not permission to ignore warning signs

UKC will never ask for your password by email. Check the sender address and destination before following an unexpected payment, password or login link. Contact the Helpdesk separately if a message seems unusual.

Check the mailbox before opening a ticket

  • Search All Mail for uk-cheapest.co.uk.
  • Check Junk, Spam, Deleted and any automatic rules or filters.
  • Confirm the email address shown in your UKC account is current and correctly spelt.
  • Ask a workplace mail administrator whether messages were quarantined before reaching your mailbox.
