If you wish to transfer a domain name or hosting service to a new owner please follow the steps below:
1. To transfer the legal ownership of a .UK domain name to a new owner, please place a registrant transfer request with Nominet, you can find out more information on how to do so by following the link below:
http://www.nominet.org.uk/uk-domain-names/manage-your-domain/transfer
2. To transfer a non.UK domain name, please update the owner contact details inside your client portal by going to Domains -> My Domains -> Select Domain -> Contact Information.
3. If you are transferring a web hosting service, please submit a ticket to the helpdesk from the account where the service resides confirming the service that wish to transfer and the contact details of the new account holder, so that we may transfer the domain / service to the account if it is already registered and if not, we can register the new account.
