Shared hosting fair use
Unlimited hosting is designed for normal website content and growth without a fixed storage allowance. Fair use keeps the shared platform responsive by preventing any one account from consuming resources in a way that affects other customers.

Appropriate use
Normal pages, images, scripts, databases and business email are expected uses. The service is not intended as a general file archive, remote backup repository, media-distribution platform or a substitute for dedicated storage.
Platform health
Traffic, processor time, memory, database activity, file counts and disk use can all affect a shared server. A temporary spike is different from a workload that continually reduces service quality for other accounts.
If there is a concern
Where practical, we contact the account holder so unnecessary data can be removed, the website optimised or a more suitable service selected. Review the current fair-use guidance for full details.
