Use the tool that currently handles your email
If the domain is hosted on a UKC Plesk server, create the forwarder in Plesk. If it is parked on UKC managed DNS, use Email Forwarding in Domain Tools. A forwarder configured on the wrong mail route will not receive messages.

Create forwarding in Plesk
- Open My Services, choose the hosting service and select Log in to Plesk.
- In Plesk, open Mail and select the email address.
- Open the Forwarding tab and switch on mail forwarding.
- Enter one or more complete destination email addresses.
- Select OK to save the route.
UKC parked domain
Create an included forwarding alias
- Open My Domains and select Domain Tools.
- Choose Email Forwarding.
- Select Add alias, enter the address before the @ sign and the destination inbox.
- Save the alias and allow the mail route a few minutes to refresh.
The domain must use the UKC parking mail route for this forwarding service to receive messages. The page shows the current route and highlights anything that needs attention.
Delivery choice
Decide whether Plesk should keep a copy
With a Plesk mailbox, forwarding can deliver to another address while retaining the original message. If you only need a forwarder and do not want local copies using mailbox space, edit the address and disable its mailbox delivery as described by Plesk.
Avoid forwarding loops
Do not forward two addresses back to each other. A loop can create repeated messages and trigger outgoing-mail protection.
Delivery test
Test from an unrelated email account
- Send a short message from an external address that is not part of the forwarding route.
- Check the destination Inbox and Junk folder.
- If keeping local copies, also check the original mailbox in Roundcube.
- Keep any bounce message in full if delivery fails.
The forwarded message did not arrive?
Tell us the forwarding address, destination domain, date and time of the test, whether it is a Plesk or parked-domain forwarder, and include the complete bounce if one was returned. Never send either mailbox password.
