Looking for Web Presence Builder?

That legacy builder has been retired. Do not order an old licence or follow Plesk 12 upgrade instructions. Current compatible hosting plans use Sitejet Builder in Plesk.

Choose the correct hosted domain

  • The domain has an active UKC web-hosting service.
  • The domain is present under Websites & Domains in the correct Plesk subscription.
  • Any existing website has been backed up before it is replaced.
  • The public DNS can be connected after the new website is ready.

Open Sitejet Builder from Plesk

  1. Open My Services and select the hosting plan.
  2. Choose Log in to Plesk.
  3. Under Websites & Domains, locate the intended domain.
  4. Select Sitejet Builder or Create Site, then choose the Sitejet option.
  5. Select a starting design and build the pages.
  6. Use Sitejet's publish control only when the website is ready.

Protect an existing website first

Publishing a new builder site can replace files in the website document root. Create a Plesk backup and confirm it can be restored before publishing over an existing site.

Connect, secure and test the website

  1. Publish the finished Sitejet website.
  2. Confirm the domain resolves to the assigned UKC hosting server.
  3. Issue an SSL/TLS certificate for the domain and www name.
  4. Enable HTTPS redirection after the certificate works.
  5. Test desktop and mobile pages, navigation, forms and contact details.

Check the hosting context before ordering anything

No Sitejet button
Confirm you are in the correct subscription and domain. Availability can depend on the server and plan.
Only UKC Website Builder appears
That is the free parked-domain builder in Domain Tools, not the Plesk-hosted Sitejet product.
Domain is not in Plesk
Add it to a multi-site plan or move it to the intended subscription first.
Old builder content exists
Back it up before migration; legacy projects may not import directly into Sitejet.

Cannot find or start Sitejet Builder?
