Use a promotion code only when it is supplied by a current UKC campaign and your order meets its conditions. Historic codes can expire, reach a usage limit or apply only to particular customers, extensions and registration periods.

Valid sources
Do not rely on old knowledgebase text, search snippets or third-party coupon websites. Some promotions are limited by date, use count, extension, registration term or whether the customer has ordered before.
If it is rejected
Review spelling, dates, eligible products, customer status and whether the code has reached its maximum uses. An expired code cannot normally be applied after the order has been paid.
Hosting benefits
For qualifying hosting, select the eligible domain in the current order flow and confirm the benefit in the basket. Contact UKC before paying if the expected price is not displayed.
