Eligibility
The standard second-level namespace is generally unrestricted by nationality or residence. Availability does not grant trademark rights, so choose a name you are entitled to use.
Holder information
The registration requires the holder's name, postal address, email and telephone details, plus administrative and technical contacts where requested. Keep them current and cooperate with reasonable verification requests.
During registration
Illegal or abusive use, false registration data, infringement or failure to respond to verification can lead to suspension or cancellation. Renew before expiry and contact UKC promptly if a registry notice arrives.
