How to pay by BACS or Bank Transfer?

How to pay by BACs or Bank Transfer:

If you are experiencing problems paying with your credit / debit card online the other option is to pay by bacs, as card payments made to us are cleared through paypal so we do not store any information about your card and unfortunately cannot identify why it was declined; if you contact your card supplier they would be able to tell you why.

It is possible to also pay by BACS using your online banking....

Use your invoice number as the reference:

Ref: your invoice number (or your account email address if you are making regular payments)
Sort code: 30-98-31
Account number: 29030368

If you are sending the payment from outside of the UK you may need the following additional details:

Bank Identifier Code (BIC): LOYDGB21251
International Bank Account Number (IBAN): GB36LOYD30983129030368

If you want to make regular payments or setup a Standing Order, you will find that you need to set the reference to something that does not change monthly and so entering the invoice number will not be possible. In these cases simply use the email address of the account that the invoice was sent to and this will be enough for us to match up the payments.

BACS payments are processed within 3 working days.
