If you’re locked out because you can’t access your 2FA code:
1. Try using your backup codes (for TOTP-based 2FA).
2. If you can’t receive your email 2FA code, check spam/junk folders or request a resend.
3. If you still can’t log in, contact our support team for verification and account recovery.
For security, we will require identity verification before disabling 2FA or resetting your access.
