Open Plesk securely from your UKC account
In the Client Area, open Services, choose the hosting service and select Log in to Plesk. Wait for the secure sign-in to finish rather than pressing the button repeatedly.

WordPress Toolkit
Install and maintain WordPress
- Install WordPress with secure generated credentials.
- Keep WordPress core, plugins and themes updated.
- Review security recommendations and HTTPS status.
- Create a backup or restore point before major updates.
Create mailboxes and connect devices
Use Mail in Plesk to create an address, change its password, set storage limits and open webmail. When connecting Outlook, Thunderbird or a phone, use the assigned UKC server hostname to avoid certificate warnings.
Databases
Work with MySQL and MariaDB safely
Use Databases to create database users, open phpMyAdmin, export a SQL dump or import an existing database. Applications need the database name, username, password and server shown in Plesk.
Export before destructive changes
Deleting a database or replacing its tables can permanently remove website content. Download a current SQL dump first.
Recovery
Use Backup Manager before major changes
Plesk backups can include website files, databases, email and configuration. Server-stored backups use hosting space, so remove obsolete archives or download important copies elsewhere.
