Open Web Statistics for the website in Plesk

In Websites & Domains, find the correct website and select Web Statistics. The report available depends on the statistics tool enabled on that server and domain.

Start from the active hosting service

  1. Sign in to the UKC Client Area and open the active hosting service.
  2. Use the service login to open Plesk.
  3. Select Websites & Domains and find the exact website.
  4. Open Web Statistics.
  5. Choose a period and compare patterns across several days or months.

Hits, pages and visitors measure different things

Requests or hits
Files and pages requested from the server. One page can create many requests.
Pages or URLs
Content requested from the site. Definitions vary between reporting tools.
Visitors or hosts
An estimate based on addresses or sessions. Shared networks, privacy tools and bots affect it.
Bandwidth
Data transferred by the site. Large downloads can dominate the total.
Errors
Failed requests such as missing files. Some are ordinary bot probes, while others need investigation.

Do not treat hits as a count of customers

Server statistics include browsers, search engines, monitoring systems and unwanted automated traffic. Use them for trends and technical diagnosis rather than a precise count of real people.

Check whether statistics are enabled

  1. Confirm that you opened the correct subscription and domain.
  2. Open Hosting Settings and check whether a web statistics tool is available and selected.
  3. If the website is new, allow time for log activity and the reporting cycle.
  4. Visit the public site, then check the report again later.

Browser analytics answer different questions

A consent-aware browser analytics service can provide campaign and visitor-behaviour context, but scripts may be blocked and privacy notices or consent controls can be required. Compare trends within one tool instead of expecting server logs and browser analytics to match.

Web Statistics is still unavailable?

Send UKC the domain, assigned server, hosting subscription, report or menu item you expected, and time tested. Never include the Plesk password.
