Check what limit you are trying to solve
An upgrade can increase storage, mailboxes, databases or other plan allowances. It does not automatically repair slow application code, an oversized database, malware or a third-party network problem.
Client Area
Choose the new plan
- Open My Services.
- Select the active hosting service you want to change.
- Choose Upgrade / Downgrade where available.
- Compare the plans and select the required option.
- Review the invoice, billing period and any prorated amount.
- Complete payment manually. UKC does not automatically charge a stored card.
After payment
Confirm the new resources in Plesk
The upgrade normally changes the subscription limits without moving or deleting the website, mail or databases. After payment, reopen the service, log in to Plesk and check the subscription or account resource limits.
- Confirm the invoice shows Paid.
- Confirm the service still shows Active.
- Check the expected storage or feature limit in Plesk.
- Retry the operation that previously reached the limit.
Check current usage before a downgrade
A smaller plan may not accommodate the files, databases, mailboxes or domains already in use. Reduce usage and take a backup before requesting a lower limit.

Some services need a manual change
The automated selector may be unavailable for legacy plans, custom services, migrations or changes requiring a different server. Open a ticket with the service name, desired outcome and current usage; do not create a second hosting order for the same website unless advised.
The upgrade is paid but the limit has not changed?
Send us the service ID, invoice number, old and new plan, payment time, the limit shown in Plesk and the exact operation still failing. Do not send the Plesk password.
