You can purchase a new domain POP Mailbox by doing the following:

1) Login to Client Portal

2) Domains > My Domains > Select domain name > Parking Tools > POP Mailboxes

3) Enter desired mailbox name, e.g.. contact

4) Click 'Purchase New Mailbox'
