Plesk Obsidian is the control panel used to manage supported UKC hosting services. It brings website files, databases, email, DNS, security and application tools into one browser-based workspace.

What you can manage
Depending on the subscription, Plesk can manage hosted domains, document roots, files, databases, PHP settings, scheduled tasks, mailboxes, DNS records, SSL certificates, backups and applications such as WordPress or Sitejet.
Access
Open the active hosting service and use Log in to Plesk. This route can provide secure single sign-on. Wait for it to complete rather than pressing the button repeatedly.
Your view
Customer accounts do not receive every server-administration feature shown in generic Plesk documentation. If a required control is absent, confirm you opened the correct subscription and ask UKC whether the feature is available.
