How to fix FTP connection problems

The problem you may be having is in getting your FTP application to connect to your web space.

We recommend using FileZilla FTP however any FTP application will work with your hosting service.

We require more information in order to resolve an FTP problem. Almost all FTP problems are due to the wrong username or password being entered or a typing error in the FTP server hostname.

Please provide the following information so that we may resolve your problem quickly:

1) Send us the FTP login details entered into your FTP application as listed below:

FTP Hostname
FTP Username
FTP Password

2) Send us a copy of your FTP log containing the error being returned by your application.

Once we receive the above details we can advise how to resolve the problem.
